Refund Policy – Shukran Tech BD

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

After this period, we may not be able to process refund or replacement requests.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Clearance sale or promotional items marked as “non-returnable.”

  • Digital products or software once downloaded or activated.

3. Refund Process

If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria:

  1. Contact us via Email, Phone, or Facebook Page within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Send us clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  3. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  4. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product verification.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund the amount through Bkash/Nagad/Bank transfer as per your preference.

4. Exchange Option

If you prefer, you may exchange the defective product for the same item or a different one of equal value (based on stock availability).

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you’re returning for personal reasons (e.g., dislike of color/design), you will need to cover the shipping cost.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only.

  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • In case of a successful cancellation, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
